Wydell is happy to take the millionaire debutante’s check and use it to rebuild. But she has ideas of a tiny home community for hipsters. As a Texan he believes vacation homes should be bigger and better, just like a woman’s curves. Each day he goes into battle against Anya, his control slips while he tries to keep his hands—and every other body part—off her.

Anya is determined to see her money spent on her terms, but when she argues with the hunky ex-soldier she wants to pull her hair out. She can’t deny he’s a complex man. When he isn’t drawing up detailed plans for the tiny homes, he’s working cattle—and her. Wydell raises more than her ire, and she is softening toward him. After all, building tiny houses together means being trapped in very close quarters.

    Wydell and his friends are trying to figure out how to get money to start rebuilding the town. A newspaper and a TV reporter come to take the story and publish what these men want to do. Some time later, a beautiful young lady comes to town to have a meeting and tells them she wants to back some of the building to get it started. She is working with Wydell and they definitely have different ideas on the housing part. This is a great story dealing with guys coming home from military life overseas, to go to find their town and homes gone and trying to start over. Wydell's relationship with Anya brings a lot of excitement to the mix too!

    This is a story about young men, friends from a small town who join the Marines and serve together in the same unit. They return home injured, haunted, and missing one of their team. Hoping to rebuild their lives, only to find the home they left behind has been wiped away buy a tornado and most of the towns people have moved on. Determined to rebuild the town and in doing so rebuild their lives the, now men, have a new plan of action.
    With the help and support and love of some unexpected ladies. I love a good story of overcoming hardship and winning, and hey if they happen to be Hot Marine/Cowboys all the better. Happy Reading:)

    Spurs 'n Surrender: Loved how even though the guys had been through a lot over the years and came home to not a lot and they still cared enough about their town to put it back together even though they didn't have a lot of money to it. It was a wonderful story great romance. I liked how Anya came in and funded the project and how she was not your typical wealthy person. I loved the attraction between Wydell and Ayna even though they have different back grounds. It was great how they but head them and up in bed and made it hot and steamy. Loved this story
